Maggie Collum from Texas called a few weeks ago inquiring about our Mirada house plan – https://weberdesigngroup.com/plans/mirada-house-plan/208 Yesterday her husband called….it was her birthday…..he purchased the plans to give her as a gift! I sent him a colored elevation and floor plan for him to frame and “wrap”.  He email today to say: She was ABSOLUTELY surprised. She almost cried. Naples, FL Weber Design Group, Inc. President Bill Weber announced the Naples-based architectural design firm is designing a custom model home on Marco Island for Aqua Construction and Development. The two-story, great room plan will include 3,432 square feet under air with four bedrooms, a study, loft, informal dining area, an island kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, an elongated pool with a sun shelf and a large rectangular spa with a spill-over and a scalloped privacy wall back-drop and a three-car garage. The base floor plan will be priced from $500,000.
