You built it where?

Although we are located in Naples, Florida we sell our house plans all over the country and all over the world.  For example, a large portion of our home plans are sold to the great state of Texas!  Texas, like Florida is also bordered by the Gulf of Mexico so our coastal house plans are popular, but Texas is a big state, and the homeowners and developers of the inland lots have great interest in our Mediterranean house plans.

These inland lots do not need house plans that are built with concrete blocks; therefore, we modify them to be built as wood frame construction.

Also our Barbados house plan, which is typically a Florida style house plan was purchased in Texas and brick was added.  Below is the Florida version with the Texas house plan to follow.

This week we sold two house plans for homeowners in Texas.  The Villa Siena House plan was bought with a 2X6 wood frame conversion and the Lantana House Plan was bought at as concrete block, but the homeowner had us modify that floor plan for his needs.

So as you can see Texas home plans can be any house plan from our site, either just the way it is or with some modifications as listed above.
