Plan modifications are available for any house plan, whether the changes are large or small. The modification options listed below highlight some of the most common changes requested for our house plans. We coordinate plan modifications through qualified design professionals. Weber Design Group does not provide modification services directly and is not responsible for modified designs.
Modify Elevation
Don’t like the elevation style but love the floor plan? That’s not a problem. If you have a different architectural style in mind, modification options are available to adjust the exterior appearance. Pricing can be provided based on the scope of the requested change.
Add or Remove Sq.Ft.
If you’ve found a plan that is almost perfect but needs to be a little larger or smaller, modification options are available. Changes can range from removing a bedroom to adding an entire second floor. In many cases, increasing square footage is more cost-effective than reducing it.
Right Reading Reverse
Any plan can be flipped or reversed to help position the layout in a way that maximizes views, lot placement, and preferred sun exposure. Text remains readable and is not reversed.
ICF, 2×4 or 2×6 Conversion
Most of our pre-designed house plans are designed using CMU (Concrete Masonry Units). If you prefer 2×4 or 2×6 wood framing, or ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction, modification options are available to accommodate these preferences.
