The Belle Air and Morgan house plans have long been favorites among our collection of Mediterranean house plans.  Both floor plans focus on the indoor-outdoor lifestyle, utilizing walls of glass and zero-corner pocketing doors to create a transition between a large family room and the covered lanais.  We haven’t changed a thing about their wonderful layouts, but we recently designed alternative front elevations for each of the plans. After we explain what a lanai is they will invariably say something like “Oh!
