Most popular house plans of December 2013

The final month of 2013 we take a look at the most popular house plans. There was a great deal of variety with the house plans that received the highest amount of traffic, everything from Florida house plans to Tuscan house plans made the list. Below we reveal the house plans that took the top 3 spots.

Coming in third place, the Arabella House Plan is the perfect plan for building on a narrow lot. At 1,758 square feet, the Arabella offers 2 – 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a study, his and her walk-in closets and a luxurious spa tub in the Master bath. This home is mainly Mediterranean in style with some European accents that show off its high ceilings and open, airy floor plan. It’s perfect for the growing family with the optional variation to the study.

The Verona Lago house plan came in a close second this month. With just over 5,000 square feet of Mediterranean elegance, this house plan offers 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a study/library, a large family room and a covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen that’s perfect for entertaining. A great feature with this plan is the Master Suite including a sitting area and master bath that’s on the opposite side of the house separate from the other 3 bedrooms and baths which allows for the optimal privacy.

Verona Lago House Plan

Coming in at the top spot for the month of December is the Mustique house plan. This plan may look familiar as it was in the third place spot for the month of November. This 2-story luxury Coastal house plan is 3,469 square feet offering 3 – 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and coffered ceilings throughout. This home is the perfect waterfront lot.
