Coastal House Plans popular for the month of November

It’s rather obvious that the Coastal style house plans are quickly rising in popularity, making them a close competitor to the always prevalent Mediterranean style house plans and West Indies House Plans; this month in the battle for the hottest house plan it was clear that Coastal takes the cake!
We had a tie for third place with the Mustique Model and the Tavernier Model. Both plans are 2-story Coastal house plans with a great room layout and similar square footage.
The Mustique Model below is perfect for a waterfront lot with virtually every room complimenting waterfront views. Offering 3 – 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home also features 20 feet of sliding glass doors that tie back to an additional 8 feet of pocketing sliders. If a view is what you’re looking for, look no further!
Tied for third, the Tavernier Model shown below resembles the Olde Florida style home but surprisingly provides the perfect contemporary and family-friendly interior layout. This plan offers 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a three car garage.
Coming in at second place is the Saint Tropez Model shown below. This spacious floor plan is great for any type of lot and the unique layout of this house lends the possibility for anywhere from 4 – 7 bedrooms! It also comes equipped with a large kitchen, spacious great room with 25’ ceilings and billiards room.
And the winner for hottest house plan of November belongs to the Ocean Breeze Model shown below. This is also a Coastal house plan fondly reminiscent of Olde Florida and Key West. The casual feel of this plan comes complete with 3 – 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a nice size study/library. But the best feature of this house has to be its ideal outdoor entertainment space which includes a second story porch, an outdoor kitchen area, a swimming pool and a fire pit. It’s no wonder why this house plan scored the top spot.
