Style Spotlight: West Indies The West Indies style of architecture is a huge trend right now hitting new home design in Southwest Florida and other parts of Florida. Since Weber Design Group began designing homes over twenty years ago, we have seen many Architectural trends come and go, but West Indies is certainly making a strong impact especially on the coastal and inter-coastal communities here. We are also seeing this style being blended with the Key West Architecture that is not too far away. Maggie Collum from Texas called a few weeks ago inquiring about our Mirada house plan – https://a099b2508e.nxcli.net/plans/mirada-house-plan/208 Yesterday her husband called….it was her birthday…..he purchased the plans to give her as a gift! I sent him a colored elevation and floor plan for him to frame and “wrap”. He email today to say: She was ABSOLUTELY surprised. She almost cried. Naples, FL Weber Design Group, Inc. President Bill Weber announced the Naples-based architectural design firm is designing a custom model home on Marco Island for Aqua Construction and Development. The two-story, great room plan will include 3,432 square feet under air with four bedrooms, a study, loft, informal dining area, an island kitchen with a breakfast bar, a large covered lanai with an outdoor kitchen and dining area, an outdoor living area with a fireplace, an elongated pool with a sun shelf and a large rectangular spa with a spill-over and a scalloped privacy wall back-drop and a three-car garage. The base floor plan will be priced from $500,000.

Naples Architect – Weber Design Group, Inc. President Bill Weber announced the firm has completed construction documents for a two-story home on Coach House Lane in Naples, Florida. The 3,681 square feet under air Craftsman style great room plan includes four bedrooms, three and a half baths, a study, three car garage and a large country style island kitchen and dining area that spills into a covered lania that features a fireplace, coffered ceiling and outdoor kitchen. The fireplace is oriented to provide a view from the covered space to a kidney shaped-pool.
