#10 on the list: Ashley House Plan – This Coastal house plan features 3 stories with the ground floor being all garages – it has a total of 3,763 square feet of air conditioned space and 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. This coastal house plan is also perfect for a narrow lot coming in at only 40′ wide.

#9 on the list: Trapani House Plan – This award winning house plan has been in the top 10 year after year, it is no surprise it has made the list again. Featuring 4,403 square feet of living space and originally designed for a golf course lot it has proven to be a great house plan. We have even seen a Texas couple build this with a stone facade, which looked great compared to it’s typical Mediterranean elevation.

#8 on the list: Verdelais House Plan – A stylish French Country home plan with a little bit of a European flair. A new home plan in the portfolio, but it has certainly proved to be a crowd pleaser. Single story with 3,242 square feet of living space and a popular split 3 car garage.
#7 on the list: Villagio Tuscano House Plan – This house plan definitely has the “wow” factor! Designed for a lot in the community of Port Royal in Naples, Florida it is truly a masterpiece. Two stories of elegance featuring 9,202 square feet of living space where a magnificent rotunda foyer and sweeping staircase give way to entertainment central in this Mediterranean House plan.
#6 on the list: Verona II Home Plan – an open and spacious house plan allows for spectacular views of the outdoor living areas and beyond. A single story house plan with 3,192 square feet of living space offers a casual lifestyle with the casual great room style.
#5 on the list: Tierra De Palma – … a land of palms…. perfect house plan for an island or tropical estate. This Mediterranean house plan has a great mix of materials creating a unique and memorable front elevation. 5,604 square feet within this two-story house plan has an angled presentation which would be perfect for a corner lot.
#4 on the list: Verandah House Plan – another house plan that is not a stranger to the list. This house plan has been built all over the country with stone, stucco, ICF construction, ect…. it is very versatile with an open great room and fabulous covered lanai.
#3 on the list: Murano House Plan – at only 60′ wide and 60′ deep this Contemporary House plan packs a big punch! This is another plan that has been very popular throughout the years…. in fact, we have even created 2 modified versions: The Murano II House Plan includes a second floor bonus room and the Murano III is just a little larger.

#2 on the list: Villoresi House Plan – another great room house plan featured in this top 10 list, with 2,951 square feet of living, The Villoresi House Plan has a unique feature with the study in the rear of the house. It’s great for a golf course lot or a waterfront lot where you want to take full advantage of the view.
And……… the Number 1 house plan of 2011 is:
THE SIROCCO HOUSE PLAN! 3,650 square feet all on one floor – this Mediterranean house plan has the popular zero corner sliding glass doors in both the living and family room allowing the home owners to be able to completely open up those living areas to the outdoors.
