San Souci House Plan

The San Souci house plan embodies a coastal lifestyle with West Indies embellishments such as Bahama shutters and covered balconies. It is also an ideal plan for coastal areas since the lowest level is comprised entirely of garage and storage space. A grand entry staircase brings you to the main level where the layout features combined great room, dining room and island kitchen with individual intricate ceiling designs. These open-concept gathering areas can also be opened up to seamlessly transition to the outdoor living areas through several sets of pocketing glass doors. The covered lanai beyond has an outdoor kitchen and pool bath. The master suite resides on the main level and is luxuriously appointed with two large walk-in closets, an opulent bath and a private covered lanai that steps down to the main outdoor living areas. A study, powder bath, and utility room complete the main floor. Upstairs, is two additional bedrooms and baths, a loft with wet bar, a covered lanai, and front covered balcony.
