Ocean Breeze House Plan
This two-story Old Florida and Key West inspired home plan has a covered porch entry with decorative railings. Varying roof-lines, Bahama shutters, and flower boxes are some of the embellishments that complement the stucco and Hardie board siding exterior to capture the essence of a coastal or Caribbean style. Inside, adjacent to the foyer is a powder bath and a generously sized study. From there, the floor plan opens graciously to a great room, dining room and island kitchen combination, though each room is differentiated by its own ceiling design.
There are two large walls of pocketing glass doors that open these main living areas up seamlessly to the covered lanai and pool area beyond where there is also an outdoor kitchen and pool bath. The master suite and luxurious bath reside on the first floor. Upstairs is another living room with wet bar, two porches, two additional bedrooms, two baths and a large storage area. The house plan also features a two-car garage.
