Aurora II House Plan
The Aurora II house plan is a striking two-story Mediterranean inspired design with over 4,100 square feet. Upon entering through the foyer, you see the elegant formal living room ahead. Large windows frame direct views of the swimming pool area. To the right, the formal dining room invites memorable meals and celebrations.
Moving further inside, a large family room opens to an island kitchen and dinette. This open layout creates a casual gathering place for family and guests. Sliding glass doors and mitered glass windows connect the interior to the covered lanai. Here, a summer kitchen and pool bath support relaxed outdoor living.
In addition, the master suite on the main level offers spa-like luxury. French doors open to the pool and lanai. The master bath features a round turret with a soaking tub, a generous shower, and dual vanities. This suite provides a private retreat at the end of the day.
Upstairs, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and two full baths. A spacious loft adds flexible space for recreation or relaxation. A dedicated study offers a quiet place for work. A huge covered balcony overlooks the rear yard and pool, encouraging outdoor enjoyment from the second level.
The plan also includes an oversized three-car garage. This space delivers ample storage for vehicles and gear. Designed for coastal or waterfront living, the Aurora II house plan has proven popular in Florida and California. Yet its timeless layout fits well in many settings.
