Aurora IV House Plan
The Aurora IV house plan is a striking two-story Mediterranean design with Olde World Tuscany curb appeal. The exterior stucco finish and cement tile roof evoke classic style and presence. Inside, the layout blends formal spaces with relaxed living sections. The traditional foyer flows to a formal living room and dining room. Then, the separate casual family room and dinette open to generous natural light and rear views through large windows and doors.
Importantly, the plan centers on outdoor living with a covered lanai and integrated outdoor kitchen. Several door sets lead directly from main living areas to this entertainer’s patio and the adjacent swimming pool. The design captures indoor-outdoor flow with comfort and ease.
Moreover, the comfortable master suite sits on the main floor with his-and-her walk-in closets. The master bath feels like a spa retreat. It features a round tub nestled in a turret with three tall windows. Upstairs, a centrally located loft connects three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Also on the second level is a wet bar and a huge covered balcony overlooking the lanai and pool below.
Additionally, the Aurora IV house plan includes a deep three-car garage. This unique feature enhances storage and practical use. The plan suits narrow, coastal, or waterfront lots. It has been very popular in California and Florida but works well on many sites. Overall, this Mediterranean house plan combines formal and casual areas with flexible living spaces. It highlights outdoor amenities, abundant natural light, and classic architectural detail.
