Riviera House Plan

The Riviera house plan is an ideal plan for a waterfront view or golf course lot as it has been designed to showcase a rear-oriented view through a large set of zero-corner disappearing glass doors in the great room, a mitered window in the dinette and bay windows in the master and rear-most guest suite. The foyer is flanked by a study and a bonus room and then opens to a huge great room that can be seamlessly combined with the covered lanai for indoor-outdoor entertaining.

The floor plan has a spacious master suite with two walk-in closets and posh master bath. There are two additional en-suite bedrooms, plus a full pool bath. Some notable features are a porte-cochere, three-car garage built diagonally and a cozy little courtyard area situated between the two guest suites. This one story 3-bedroom 4 bathroom Mediterranean Home Plan has a pool detail that is a concept only.
