Islander House Plan
The charming entry of the Islander house plan, with its gazebo style front porch, adds a touch of Key West style to its Olde Florida design. From the foyer, the great room opens up to a soaring two-story coffer ceiling. From there a large set of pocketing glass doors provides a seamless transition to the huge covered lanai with several outdoor living areas and an outdoor kitchen. A large kitchen is situated between a formal dining room and a dinette that gazes out over the pool through a mitered glass window. The master suite, which resides on the first floor, is spacious and features a sitting area in a bay window with a view of the pool. There is also a study on the first level, and upstairs are three additional bedrooms and two baths. This island-inspired home plan would be ideal for any coastal, beach or Intracoastal lot.
