Carmona House Plan

The Carmona house plan is a contemporary West Indies style design that evokes a breezy and casual island lifestyle. The open layout of the floor plan features an island kitchen that looks out to the great room and dining room. The spaces casually flow together with the definition provided by beautiful distinct ceiling designs in each room.

The one story layout has two large walls of pocketing glass in the great room and dining room, allowing for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow out to the covered lanai, swimming pool and outdoor kitchen beyond. The luxurious master suite pampers the homeowner with two walk-in closets, two vanities, a large tub, and shower. The beach home plan has two additional ensuite bedrooms as well as a study, utility room, and wet bar.
