As the economy continues to slowly but surely improve, so are all aspects of the housing market. With this improvement we’ve seen a major increase in the amount of traffic some of our house plans are receiving. Everything from Olde Florida house plans to the classic Mediterranean style house plans made it on the list. The following reveals the top 5 spots as most popular house plans for the 1st quarter of 2014.

Coming in fifth place is our Verona Lago House Plan. And the first place award for most popular house plan in the 1st quarter of 2014 goes to the Cordova House Plan.
