On Saturday, September 30, 2017, the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) – Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) presented the 2017 Sand Dollar Awards at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon. The coveted Sand Dollar Award is the highest accolade given to member builders, developers, architects, remodelers, interior design firms, landscape architects, trades and marketing, sales and/or advertising professionals who have demonstrated building, design and marketing excellence in Collier County.

Seagate Development Group LLC announced a surge in homebuyer traffic and construction activity at Windward Isle, a gated enclave of 28 single-family luxury homes being developed by Seagate just south of Orange Blossom Drive on Airport-Pulling Road in North Naples. Three homebuyers have moved into completed residences and three reservations for home sites within the community have been processed. Two additional end-user residences are poised to begin construction, and two new designer-decorated furnished model homes are already underway.
