Latest house plan interests

This is the first blog of a series we will feature each week that shows which house plans gained the most popularity for the week before. We often times get builder clients that want to know, “what is selling now” so here they are… the most popular house plans of the week!

The most attractive house plans for the past week have been home plans around 2,500 square feet.  Out of the following plans, all but one have ended up on our top 10 house plans before!

The first house plan is our Murano Home Plan!  This Mediterranean house plan has always been a crowd favorite, it even has two alternate floor plans; both are larger and one has a second floor!  A little something for everyone!

Next is the Verandah House Plan, again not a surprise – the Verandah house plan has been on our top 10 lists for several years… a very livable house plan that fits on most standard lots.

Our Cortona House Plan comes in next…..   This is the perfect family home plan!  It features your standard layout of 3 bedrooms with two bedrooms split on one side of the house and the den against the master suite on the other.

The Palm Coast House Plan is again no surprise…. at just over 2,500 square feet this plan offers a lot of the same common features as the Cortona house plan, but the 3 car garage is designed as a courtyard style which is a must for some communities.

Lastly, we have our St. Kitts  House Plan – unlike the previous four Tuscan house plans featured above, this has the Old Florida style that is becoming more and more popular with many of our customers.
