I wanted to take a moment to express how pleased my wife and I are with the excellent service that you and your staff provided to us in providing final design plans for our new home.

We especially want to express our thanks and pleasure with working with Rob Mongillo who assisted us in modifying our house plan design. From the beginning of the process, Rob was professional, Knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Rob’s expertise was apparent and tremendously helpful as his suggestions significantly improved the overall design. We were especially impressed at how rob was able to plainly explain why he proposed making a change and how the design modification would impact the overall design. At each step, Rob’s suggestions were appropriate and welcomed. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that Rob did not at any time try to impose his opinions on us, but rather listened to what we wanted and then worked with us to best incorporate the changes.

The end result is that we now have design plans that we absolutely love! We did not imagine that the suggested modifications would so significantly add to the beauty and function of our home. We firmly believe that if we had used a different design firm we would not have been as pleased with the final result.

We have used Weber Design Group for our past 6 homes and they have been nothing short of incredible (both the homes and working with Weber). Weber was able to maximize our lot and water views with every home so that almost every room in the house had a view. They also had no problem designing different exteriors, from traditional to modern to southern style. Rob Mongillo with Weber Design Group modified an existing stock plan to create the home of our dreams. He was very meticulous, thoughtful, and creative. He listened to our ideas and designed a beautiful home. The existing plan had many interesting architectural features that make the home unique.
